Training for Teachers

Elevate your students’ customer service to elders. Train them to enhance their status as caring individuals. Teachers who are certified by ImpactDS Consulting may deliver this program to students – in the classroom or online.

Trainer Qualifications

This program is for you if you are:
  • An experienced facilitator or licensed secondary / higher education teacher.
  • Genuinely interested in training those who serve the senior population.

Trainer Training Materials Provided

Training materials include:
  • Comprehensive Trainer Guide with Complete Script
  • Student Guide for Reference
  • Digital Access to Presentation Slides
  • Digital Access to the Elder Care Certificate Final Exam

Time Commitment for Training Certification

Allow at least one month to:
  • Attend 4 hours of video conferencing with the authors
  • Independently take the actual Elder Care Certificate course and final exam parts 1 and 2
  • Pass the knowledge quiz on course logistics
